If you have a Potala Thangka account, simply log in and select “My Orders” from the menu. There, you can find the order number!

If you haven't created an account, no worries! You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order.

Also note that with every order, we send an order confirmation email and ship confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder.

We partner with the best available shipping services to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Items shipped to the United States are generally shipped via USPS and the packaging is small enough to fit in most mailboxes.

It depends on your location. Typically, the orders we process take 7-15 business days to be delivered.

Tracking number provided once shipped, delivery may be slightly delayed due to customs clearance, which is beyond our control.

We like to keep things simple: shipping is $7.9 for orders under $99, and free for orders over $99.

All items are packaged in boxes featuring lotus motifs.

Of course, to ensure customers' replacement needs, we will include one spare handmade necklace in each package.

Storing Your Thangka - When you are not wearing Thangka, it should be stored in box. This will prevent tarnishing and scratching.

While Wearing Your Thangka - Exposure to water, lotions, body oils, cosmetics, perfumes, excessive heat and humidity and cleaning agents may cause discoloration and affect the finish of the Thangka.

Thangkas are hand-painted in Nepal, Tibet, and Qinghai.

We collaborate with exceptionally talented traditional artists from Nepal, Tibet, and Qinghai, each possessing extensive experience. Every thangka we create is exquisitely crafted and one-of-a-kind. We take pride in our partnerships with these artists, where thangka painters earn fair living wages and are employed under safe working conditions.
