Returns Policy

Eligibility for Return

1. Applied within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
2. The Thangka necklace must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (including the protective case and hand-woven cord).
3. Only valid for quality-related issues: e.g., pigment peeling (not caused by human error), enamel cracking, or incomplete consecration accessories (proven with photos/videos).

Non-Returnable Scenarios

1. Returns due to personal preferences (e.g., "change of mind," "dislike the design")—each Thangka is hand-painted uniquely, and minor differences in details are part of its artistry.
2. Damages caused by improper use (e.g., scratches from collision, cord breakage from pulling) or loss of original packaging.

Return & Refund Process

1. Contact our customer service (via email/Shopify message) with your order number + photos/videos of the issue.
2. Our team will verify within 2 business days; approved returns will receive a pre-paid return label (for quality issues only).
3. We will inspect the product upon receipt. Once confirmed as a quality defect, a full refund (via original payment method) will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Important Notes

1. For non-quality-related return requests: Customers bear all international return shipping costs; a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund (to cover inspection and repackaging for hand-painted art).
2. Due to the sacred nature of consecrated Thangkas, returned products with signs of "used spiritual practice" (e.g., incense stains, ritual marks) will be rejected.
